(Tired of this yet?) Two More Votes for HD2 WP7S Upgrade

We know, you're tired of hearing about this yes/no/maybe deliberation of whether the HD2 will be getting Windows Phone 7 Series. But for those of you that do care (those that own the HD2), we've got two more votes for "yes" for the upgrade. Before that, check out Chuong's recent article: In Defense of a Potential Lack of Upgrade to Windows Phone 7 for the HTC HD2.

In this first screenshot, we see a recent exchange between HTC Iberia support and a customer with a question. When asked about the WP7 upgrade, the HTC rep states:

Concerning your question, we can inform you that we are working along with Microsoft and plan to bring a Windows Mobile 7 ROM update, but for now we do not have a release date.



In this second screenshot taken from XDA, an HTC UK support rep states:

When Windows Mobile 7 been released then your device can upgrade to WM7.

We're just a few days away from knowing with 100% certainty (presumably) at MIX 2010. Or, it's possible that we'll be left with the same level of uncertainty until CTIA In a few weeks. My personal opinion is that at this point, we're at a "No" (especially after reading Chuong's article mentioned above). But have faith, have faith.
